Nelly Kern is a passionate and published researcher. She holds a Master’s in
Media and Communication studies and has over 10 years of experience as a
qualitative market researcher and consultant. Nelly learned market research
from scratch and has not lost her excitement and passion for the profession.
She has travelled all over Europe, living up to our reputation as true European
specialists. Nelly is involved in all forms of consumer research and has a knack
for the more technical fields, such as energy, IT and electronics.
Barbara Denneborg is a researcher with a quantitative and qualitative research
background. Barbara holds a Master’s in Natural Sciences and has 15 years of
market research experience in institutes and as an industry researcher, where she
gained particularly strong expertise in beauty and hair care. She is highly competent
in brand and marketing strategy.
Thikini Daiber provides team support to the Studio Managers in customer
relations, administrative duties and general studio operations. He assists
in the maintenance of the studio recruitment database and greets participants
as they arrive at the venue. He also oversees the sophisticated AV equipment
and focus group technologies.
Ina Ridder holds a degree in Political Science with minors in Public Law and
Journalism. Ina joined the insight europe team as a project manager in 2004 and
is currently managing insight europe’s first-rate research facility in the heart of
Frankfurt. Ina greets all of our German and international clients in person when
they are guests at our venue.
Peter Hoffman has a degree in Business Administration from the Johann Wolfgang
Goethe University in Frankfurt. As insight europe’s Business Development
Manager, Peter is mostly on the road generating new business for insight
europe. He works closely with our researcher directors to develop customer
concepts and modules which aim to gain new clients.
Liliana Casado is the newest member of the insight europe studio team but that
doesn’t mean that she is new to market research. Liliana studied at the
Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt and began working in quantitative
market research in 1998. She has worked as an interviewer and then later as
Team Supervisor and Fieldwork Director. Liliana, although born in Germany,
has her heart and roots in Spain. She speaks three languages and meets all of
our studio clients’ needs and desires.
Jeanne Carré co-founded insight europe with Eva Caspary in 1999.
Jeanne holds a Master’s in Sociology from Université de Rennes, France and a
Master’s in Cultural Anthropology from Universität Frankfurt, Germany. Her
experience spans a large variety of sectors, methodologies and markets with
a special emphasis on Franco-German and European studies. An anthropologist
at heart, she constantly works on developing and fine-tuning the application
of anthropological and sociological theory in insight europe’s methods and
thinking.
Eva Caspary co-founded insight europe with Jeanne Carré in 1999.
Eva was born and raised in Germany but left the country after high school to
complete her undergraduate and graduate degrees in France and the United
States. She holds an MBA with a major in Marketing and Finance. Eva is a
highly experienced researcher and personally moderates in French, English
and German. She is very analytical and her consulting competence is highly
valued by her clients.
Sabine Fahrnschon joined insight europe after years of working in Hotel
and Tourism. She is the Office Manager and her organizational talents
ensure that the day-to-day business runs smoothly.
Simone Vogelmann holds an MA in Roman Studies and History and has nine
years of experience as a market researcher. Simone is a popular moderator
and can often be found driving around town with a car full of clients, translators
and camera people on their way to their next ethnographic interview – not just in
Germany but in Spain, the US and South America. Simone's grew up in Chile and
moderates in German, English and Spanish.
Cher Chislett-Boeser studied Social Sciences with a major in Art History in her
home town of Montréal, Canada and has been insight europe’s project manager
since 2006. She speaks three languages and puts her customer service training
to work every day. She handles all incoming requests and there is no organizational
challenge that she cannot master.
Denise Glasemann holds a Master’s degree in German Literature
with a minor in Psychology and has seven years of experience as a qualitative market
researcher. Denise has been involved in literally every type of project out
there ; from motorcycles to mothers and cloud computing to coffee machines.
Denise is a master moderator, particularly known for her patient probing and
subtle laddering techniques.
